Rest in peace my friend. Higgy was like a 2nd father to me during my time in the Navy. He, his wife and both Ricky and Paul always welcomed me in their home. Such great people and such great memories. Higgy always took care of his sailors on the Concord and always showed us how to have a great time on liberty call. Just a great guy! - Barry Cravens
