Not sure what to say?

I will deeply miss my grandfather. I am grateful to have had him in my life and to have been able to create all the wonderful memories of him. He will be on my mind and in my heart forever; especially as I paddle in my kayak and camp, spending many peaceful moments out in nature's beautiful home.

I'am so deeply saddened of Richards passing I will always remember him as always being ready to help at any time if needed . I have fond memeories which I will not forget . My sympathy to June and to his family . It will be strange to pass the house and not see the garage door open and see Richard working on something .

Dick was a good friend when we were in our teens and twenties; in fact, he and I went in the U.S. Army together in 1953. We had lost touch with each other until last year, but, thanks to the internet, I did manage to locate him and get together with he and June twice recently. We had some fun recalling our youth and I am truly glad we had that opportunity to do so before Dick's passing. I will miss him; he was a great guy.
