The jovial, good natured laugh is silenced and the inquisitive and then supportive smile are gone. But the many gifts of this most generous man will live and be multiplied in the lives he touched. Of the many I have been privileged to know, he is among the best I have experienced. Dick was my friend. I honor his memory with wishes that his family could know of his powerful influence beyond their family circle. We would all do well to be remembered as fondly. Good bye, my friend.
