Richard G. Hodges, 63, of 233 Hill St., Newport, VT. Beloved husband of Sandra Bedard Hodges passed away on June 18, 2008. He was born July 31, 1944 the son of Glenn and Wilma (Buxton) Hodges in Worcester, Mass.
Richard was raised by his step father George Reed and Mother Wilma Buxton who predeceased him. He had been employed at the Colonial Press in Clinton, Mass, as a supervisor at James Monroe Wire and Cable in Lancaster, Mass, and a house manager for the Nashua Center in Nashua, NH.
Richard loved and enjoyed his family. He is survived by his wife Sandra, son Willard of Newport, daughters Renae Weikel and her husband Karl Sr., of Newport, and Jessica and her husband Stewart of Nashua, NH, also by six grandchildren, and one great granddaughter Karl Jr. He was predeceased by his uncle Richard Buxton Sr., step-son Jeffery Mooar.

Dear Sandy and family,
I am so sorry for your loss. Richard was such a wonderful person to be around. He always brought a smile to everybody's face, no matter what was going on with him. It was a pleasure to work with him and get to know him. He will be greatly missed.
