I worked with Dick at the NRC from 1986 when I started until 2004 when he retired. Dick was one of the finest individuals and best lawyers I have known. He was a mentor to me and taught me how to be a good lawyer. He was a good friend, and we shared an interest in music. I am very sorry for your loss. May the Almighty comfort you among all mourners.
