Not sure what to say?

Miss my old friend who let me drive his dads new car once when we were delivering stuff for our senior class event.

To the Hogan family,
I so sorry for your loss. Richard was our parents attorney for many years. Tim and I send our condolences.

Mr.Hogan was the attorney for my parent's estate, sorry to hear of his passing,my condolences to his family. Sincerely,Dale Johnson.

Richard was such a Charitable person with his legal advise. I remember many times he would give my Aunt Millie legal advice when she had questions about the Monmouth County Blind Association. I personally became a blood bank gallon club member only because he was on the Board of Directors. These type of all around lawyers, Charitable to their causes and patrons are one in a million. Richard as Gov. Murphey said on 5/28/2020 will be truly missed by all who knew him.

My deepest sympathy to the Hogan family. I have been Richard's accountant for over 25 years and I came to view him more as a friend than as a client. He was kind, smart, funny - a real mensch and I will miss him

Richard was my attorney. I have always been so thankful for the help he gave me. I am so sorry for your loss.

Today, May 27th, a memorial, adjusted to comply with the C-19 restrictions is taking place as I write. I am a thousand miles away, keeping up by technology and appreciatiing the efforts of those I know about - Ashley, Patricia and Amanda to keep me in the moment.
As the bookends for family memories shift, I am mindful of each of you, and grateful for Ashley's caring foresight to record our history.
Jacques Brel's lyrics replaced the traditional hymns that would ordinarily come...

My deepest sympathy to the Hogan family. Dick was a warm and friendly person. I am sorry to hear of his passing.

As a member of the Planning and Zoning boards in Neptune I had the opportunity to experience Dick's fine work as an attorney. When meeting him away from meetings he was always warm and friendly.
