We share your loss.Richard was a wonderful man and a great citizen of Winchester.My daughters Erin and Melissa were very saddened to learn of the loss of their friend Mr. Horn.
He was their crossing guard at the Lincoln School for the years they attended and was one of their favorite people.He is fondly remembered by them after all the years that have gone by.
