Not sure what to say?

He was a great guy to work with at the U of M. Great memories of playing penny poker with him and the guys and plenty of antics we pulled at Special Events. Sad he's gone.

I am so sorry to hear the news about Richard. He will be missed in the Rolf community. I enjoyed working with him as he focused on his training and was honored to have given him some Rolfing along the way. My thoughts and prayers.

Rick really helped me get back to running by rolfing and stepping on me at his home.It hurt but it worked. I also remember buying shoes from him back in the 80's at GBS sports before the big running boom and also at marathon sports. I knew when I saw Rick during a race I was having a great race. He will be missed.

We are so sorry for your loss. You have been in our thoughts and prayers, individually and in our worship. Rick lives on now with his Creator and in the hearts and memories of all he touched.

Rev. Leigh and your friends at Faith United Methodist Church

Mike and Jim,
I am so sorry to hear about Little Hosk.
I wrestled with Rick in High School and always admired his dedication to the sport. Its been a long time since I talked to Rick but saw him running down Como as resent as last July. I had to laugh to myself thinking about how he had done 50 push ups in 60 seconds when he was in the service and it looked like he could still do it.
People of Rick's character are rare these days I am sorry to hear he is gone.

Richard will be greatly missed by his many friends in the running community. He was a very talented and caring person, and I always enjoyed visiting with him at the races. And I appreciated his expertise with rolfing, as well. My sympathy goes to his family and friends at this difficult time.
