Not sure what to say?

I knew Richard both at B-SC and later at Cumberland Law School. I was so glad to see a familiar face when we met at orientation. We were in our 30's when we got to Law School and had families and previous careers as did several of our classmates. We had to study hard and try to balance our many responsibilities.I remember Richard as being devoted to his family, his work as a minister and his new environment. He also had more hair then.

He was a beautiful soul and I'm sure he became...

A friend of mine many years. Pratt Y , Ensley HS, Liberty National and other. RIP now than you have crossed over the raver.

Richard was my first cousin, but he was more like my big brother. "Bubba took care of Joe Bob and I everyday. He was always there to help our families when he was a policeman, preacher and a lawyer. I will truly miss him, he was a wonderful person and I loved him dearly.*

I went to Pratt school with Richard and Joe Bob. Matter of fact, I lived about a block from them. What a wonderful person he was. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.
