Not sure what to say?

Dickie was a great guy to grow up with in Mount Pleasant,SC where General William Moultrie High School was our alma mater - class of 1966. He and wife Brenda Hunt(formerly McCann) were wonderful people - much loved by all in our little high school. Dickie was an excellent student and wonderful football player.

My husband and I met Dick 4-1/2 years ago right before we moved into our new home in Waterford Pointe. We were taking a walk in our soon-to-be subdivision and ran into Dick and his adorable Golden, Maggie Mae. We must have talked to Dick half an hour if not more. There was an instant connection! Dickie and Brenda were wonderful friends to all in our then little town of Mount Pleasant,SC. where we went to grammar school, junior high and finally General William Moultrie High School - all a small campus. And knew our schoolmates. Dickie was a smiling, likable and smart guy. And a really good football player. Much loved by all -and especially admired by all the girls for his good looks!

David and I are sad to hear of Dick's passing, but it is comforting to know that he knew the Lord Jesus. He was an outstanding young man at Moultrie and he will remain in our cherished memories of our youth. God's comfort and blessings be with you and all the family. David and Sally Sweatt

Brenda, Denise and I send prayers of peace of consolation to you and your family. Jeff Hedrick

I´m so sorry for your loss. I truly enjoyed getting to know him and working with him. He will be missed.

I met Mr Hunt through grooming his "golden girl" Maggie Mae. Knowing him for years and watching his battles, and how positive he always stayed by his faith in God. He was such a generous and caring man. He blessed my family with so much. I will forever remember him, and miss him.

Brenda and family, We are sorry to hear about Dick´s passing. May your wonderful memories of life shared with him bring you comfort. You are all in our prayers and have our heartfelt condolences. May his memory be eternal and a blessing to all.
