We were saddened to here that Dick had passed away. He was one of the "good ones" that we were able to encounter during our life and greatly appreciate all that he did to serve the people of Kansas as a Kansas Highway Patrol Trooper and then with Kansas Lottery Security.

Dick was a great story teller; and he had a lot of stories to share. He was a great leader and friend at the Kansas Lottery. Dick was always willing to help others and enjoyed his family and career.
