IACOBUCCI, RICHARD J., 78, passed away Friday April 4, 2014 at Kent Hospital. He was the husband of the late Marie H. (Croce) Iacobucci. Born in Providence a son of the late John and Frances (Caramatro) Iacobucci. Mr. Iacobucci was an accountant for over 35 years, practicing as the sole proprietor. He was a United States Coast Guard Veteran serving during the Korean War and served as Treasurer of the Tabor- Franchi VFW Post #2396 for more than 35 years. A devoted and loving father and grandfather who enjoyed spending time with his family, he is survived by four children; Richard J, Iacobucci, Jr. and wife Tina of Cranston, Thomas J, Iacobucci and wife Claire of Hope, Karen M. Harackiewcz of Newington, CT, Stephen G. Iacobucci of Cranston, eight grandchildren; Richard III, Joseph, and Frank Iacobucci, Jacqueline and Scott Iacobucci, Matthew and Natalie Harackiewicz, Cameron Iacobucci and two grant-grandchildren, Roman and Gwenyth. He was the brother of Raymond Iacobucci of Coventry and the late John Iacobucci. His funeral will be Tuesday at 8:45 a.m. from "WOODLAWN" Funeral Home 600 Pontiac Avenue Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Rocco's Church. Burial with Military Honors will follow in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston. Callong hours Monday 4-7 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project P.O.
