One of the best leaders/boss that i ever the pleasure to work with, and was hired by. Tricky never lost his cool, temper with me, although he had the opportunity to do so, but would give you that smile, and say something like don't screw up there! Dick 'Tricky' Isbell was a great rounded mechanic, who actually loved round motors, and when he had his shop, turned out the best in anything. RIP my mentor, Tricky Dick..
