Dear Ivey family,
On behalf of the Jackson family I wish to extend our deepest sympathies to you on the loss of your wonderful Father. We will remember him for his intelligence, generosity and leadership. I was always touched by his genuine curiosity about our family on the occasional interactions with him in Grand Bend, London and Toronto. We are sure you will miss him terribly.

Richard and I were shocked and saddened to read on line, about Dear Darling Dick's death. (We are in Mexico for the winter)
We all know how incredible a man he was in so many endless ways, there simply are not enough words to adequately pay homage, however his very fine mind, generosity, graciousness and gentle charm always stood out in my mind.
Everyone including his cleaning lady Carmen, loved him, he touched so many.
I had the great privilege of visiting him...

Dear IVEY family, Your father and grandfather was an exceptional man. You all have been so lucky to be guided by this wonderful man and his wife. What an incredible role model this team was, not only to their family, but to Canada.
