So sorry to hear about this; my condolences to Rich's family and friends. I was lucky enough to play with Rich (and brother Hal) for a few years with 4 Seasons softball. He was an intelligent and humble guy who would always help the younger guys if they asked. After 30 years of playing softball, I now realize how rare those traits were for a guy with his skills. I am sure that translated to his professional life as well. You will be missed, Rich.

I had the pleasure of being a sponsor and a team mate on the Stark Street Pizza softball team Rich played for. He was a gifted player with a wealth of power. He led us to a NW Regional Championship and a trip to the Nationals. Nice man, wonderful guy to play with. My heartfelt condolences to his wife and close friends. Rest in peace Rich.
