Richard Joseph Jakob

Richard lived at Celebrate Senior Living where I live and I saw him very often. He was always quiet and pleasant. I was the one who noticed he was not going outside to smoke as he usually did. I found him in his room and he was not very responsive at all. We then called the ambulance. That was the last time I saw my friend.
