Happy valentines Day dad!! I miss you so much!!

Papa,
I still miss you very much....I am always thinking of you! O:)

Dear family.
I met Richard only one time in my life. It was at Mercy Hospital. When I when into his room it was as though we were the best of friends. The first thing he said to me was, 'you must be George'. Yep, your right. you must be Rirchard. He then thanked me for calling the priest. That day he recieved anointing and holy communion. I sat with Richard for about 30 minutes and we talked about of all things - cooking. I gathered that he did the thanksgiving turkey. We talked of...

Rich,Annie and Brian: I wanted you to know how much I loved your Dad, my Uncle, my Godfather.I do not think I will ever be able to watch football or baseball or golf in the same way. I will never forget those knock down drag out golf matches that the four of us, you and your dad against me and my dad, would have. The Super bowl games at our house when your dad brought over a Buffalo Bills doll that we shredded into pieces in front of my brother in law, John, a rabid Bills fan. We laughed and...

It's unusual that a sister and two brothers can remember the day that a brother is born and brought home. Martha, Tom and I can. We remember him as that tow headed toddler and a ten year old, shooting baskets in our driveway and as a teenager and young man. Always with that beautiful smile on that handsome young face.I remember that terrible night that Richard was shot, looking at that wound and thanking God it was not worse.Never dreaming of the decades of misery that our Richard would have...

Richard: When we think of you we remember you as The Best!! The best son, the best father, the best grandfather, the best husband, the best brother, the best uncle, the best friend. Just ask anyone. Rich, until we meet again in paradise.

Tom and family Russ and I were so sorry to hear about your loss. We did not know until we read the article that was in the paper. I hope you know Russ and I would have been there for you. It was nice talking to you at the grocery store. Your family will be in our prayers. Antonette Pepe

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
