Not sure what to say?

Dear Norma,
We were all deeply saddened to hear that Richie passed away. He was such a sweet and soft spoken man. I will always remember him running up and down those stairs to and from the car and always with a cup of coffee in his hand. Your whole family made it a true pleasure to live on the 3rd floor of your house for over 30 years.
Sincerely,
Elaine, John & Jim Mero
