To Richard's family. I went to school with Richard from Washington Township through graduation at Bangor Area High School. I have many fond memories of a quiet, sincere guy with a sweet smile. That win over Pen Argyl was special and I still carry those days at BHS in my heart. Richard will truly be missed! Blessings to all who mourn his loss.

I had Coach Jones his first year as a teacher for 4th grade at the old McKinley building. He was an excellent teacher and the class really connected with him. Like my friends Todd and Jack, I knew him again through PAHS football in the late 70’s. He was a darn good football coach. He didn’t speak often to the team before games, but when Coach Mike Jones asked him to talk, he always had something impactful and inspiring to say to the team. Great memories of coach. Rest In Peace.
