Richard L. "Dick" Joy

Eileen and Tim i am very sorry for your loss. My heart aches. You all were my 2nd Family growing up next door to you on newport rd. I have many memories, one in particular are the years he would spin his tires 1/2 way down to the firehouse to get on a truck. I would love to see you all when i return from Afghanistan this june. Just wanted to also say that i will never forget Him. I am sorry that i will not be there for you all. Dick was and will always be a great neighbor, fellow firefighter...
