My sincere sympathy about Dickie's passing. We grew up together on Christiana Avenue. He was the main reason I went to Grinnell. After a very long period we met again at the College. I was planning on catching up with him this summer when I'm in Chicago. To you, your family and Mickey my deepest sympathy.

We just learned about Dick's passing and are shocked. Dick and you have been some of the most delightful friends over 50 years. It's hard for us to believe that he is no longer with us. His memory will be with us forever. He was an outstanding insurance agent and we spent many wonderful times together on many of the educational conferences. Our deepest sympathy.

We were so sorry to hear of Dicks passing and also sorry not to have been able to attend the memorial service as my computer was down and when steve cohn caLLED ME TO TELL ME OF HIS PASSING HE DIDN'T HAVE THE FUNERAL INFO. sINCE WE DON'T GET A PAPER i HAD NO WAY OF KNOWING IT WAS TODAY. dICK WAS A GREAT PERSON AND ALTHOUGH WE REALLY DIDN'T SOCIALIZE A LOT WITH THE BOTH OF U BOTHE cATHIE AND i WERE VERY FOND OF U BOTH i WILL MISS HIM AND WILL ALWAYS HAVE A GODD SPOT IN...
