Richard Kelch, 55, of Billings, died Saturday, Oct. 18, 2003, at St. Vincent Healthcare.Cremation will take place and Richard's family will be scattering his ashes as he requested. No other services are planned. Michelotti-Sawyers is in charge of the arrangements.
