Not sure what to say?

I find it hard to believe that a year has gone by, since Ricky's untimely passing. Whenever I am talking with any active or retired LEO (Law Enforcement Officer), I am always proud to mention my late cousin's dedicated service to the Woburn community, as a LEO, and, especiallty, as their highly-respected and well-loved, Chief of Police. We miss you, Rick. Rest in peace, and, hopefully, we'll meet again. Danny

My cousin, Ricky, was a great guy. I wish I had another opportunity to play golf with Rick, Tommy, and my late brother, Tim, as we had in the past. When having conversations with police officers, or anyone really, I was always proud to mention that my cousin was the Police Chief in Woburn. He had a lot of responsibility. Lives depended on his judgement and experience. I witnessed, first hand, how well-liked and well-respected Ricky was by the officers with whom he served and led. To...

Ricky will be forever missed. He was a great guy and a favorite cousin. We'll be attending a Mass, that we are having said for the repose of his soul on June 22, 2022 at Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal parish in Hampton, NH

I am so sad to here of Ricky’s death. Bob really liked him and spoke highly of him. My prayers go out to you and your family. I am so sorry for your loss.

RIP

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. So sorry for your loss

Rick was a great guy. We are first cousins. Along with my late brother, Tim, Ricky, Diane, Tom, and I enjoyed many family gatherings, together, at our grandparent's home in Medford, Mass, years ago. Rick would always oblige a call for assistance or advice. Although it pains me greatly that he has left us far too soon, I feel certain that the first images that he saw, when he "crossed over" were the loving smiles on the faces of my Uncle Rich and my Aunt Mickey, there, to be the...

Rick was a great guy. As first cousins (our Dads were brothers, and his Dad, my Uncle Richard, was my Godfather), we enjoyed a lot of family gatherings together with Diane, Tom, and my late brother, Tim, at Grampa & Nana Kelley's home in Medford - way back in the 1950's. He had a great heart and would always respond, if you needed help or advice. My brother Tim and I enjoyed a "Kelley Brother/Cousin Foursome" golf outing with Ricky and Tom at the Stowe Acres CC, some years back. ...
