I worked with Dick at Tait Mfg. many years ago. He was my boss for a few years and I found him to be a very fair and honest man. I can remember one morning going with Dick to pull out old fence posts so he could use around his place as well as mine. I learned a lot from Dick and a lot about him as a person.
