Many years ago, about 40, I clearly remember visiting Dr. Kidd's practice in Fort Lauderdale. At that time, he was a handsome, intelligent and affable dermatologist. I am sadden to hear about his passing. Please accept my most sincere condolences. He was a gentle man who I will always remember fondly.
