I just heard about Rich's passing and it is hard to believe. We have been one of ARK's customers for almost 30 years and I don't remember ever dealing with someone as fair and honest as Rich.
This is really sad news. The world will be a lesser place without him.
Via con dios Rich.

Richard and his fiancé Shawn were constant rays of sunshine at St. Stephen's church, specifically the 12:15 Sunday mass. Richard was always available to help out the ushers with the collection or anything! He was always happy to hangout and chat about anything after mass. We will miss his intelligence, dedication, smile and wit. But most of all, he had, without a doubt, the best pony tail ever! (Love you man! ). But seriously, he was extremely well liked and will be most sadly missed! ...
