Not sure what to say?

I remember fondly working with Rich from our days in startup until he retired. He was a great guy to work with and for. He is in my prayers.

Rich ,you were the best associate to work with you at Nine Mile Point. Always ready to help. You will be missed in the associates get-together meetings. God bless you. Ned Kabarwal

My sincere condolences to the Kittelsen family. Rich has to be one of the most joyful and caring people I have ever known. His laughter was uplifting and contagious, and brought smiles to those of us who had the honor of working with him. May all your wonderful memories comfort you during this time.

Leslie, Evelyn, and Emily, so, so sorry for your loss and our loss. Rich was loved at Nine Mile Point. We all cried when we got the notice. Rich was so gentle and kind, to all of us. One of his favorite phrases was Kerfuffle, which we still use today as a memory to him. Pasquale (Pat) Bartolini
