Not sure what to say?

Rest easy Scout.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

"Duty, Honor, Country" those three hallowed words reverently dictate what ought to be, what you can be, what you will be. They are your rallying point to build courage when courage seems to fail, to regain faith when there seems to be little cause for faith, to create hope when hope becomes forlorn. Rick, I still remember the refrain of one of the most popular barrack ballads of that day which proclaimed most proudly that "old soldiers never die; they just fade away.". I will see you again...

I met Rick just over a year ago at work. He always presented as a "can do", "go to" guy always willing to help, no matter the task, and spoke little unless he had something important to add. He always made us laugh, no matter the issue at hand, and he spoke with unrivaled levity and sincerity. I thank him and family for their service to our Nation and ideals. Ours is but a short time on the Blue Marble but, an eternity in the Grace of God.

Rick was a kind and gentle soul, always the perfect gentleman. He will be greatly missed and remembered.

To all of you,my prayers are with you and l know you will miss Rick, but he will always be in your hearts,He knew how much he was loved

I wish you peace and Love, I Love you and Rick loved you and now he is one of Gods Angels

Godspeed my friend, I'll see on Fiddler's Green when I get there.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family.Rick is resting in the arms of our dear savior.May you all find strength knowing that our dear Rick is at peace.
