I've only known Richard a short time & he was so nice to talk to. I have a small snack stand on the same floor where his office was.He had a spicy kind of attitude. He was a character at times as well. I saw him a couple of weeks ago & we were talking about if he ever thought of retiring & he said no way. He said I love what I do & I like taking care of my clients. I'll miss seeing him & talking to him. My thoughts & prayers are with his wife & family.

If you ever wanted to have a neighbor that was kind, caring, loyal, and truly an all around great person, it was Rich. His ability to make you feel good and energetic was contagious. Deepest sympathies to Dianne and family. He will truly be missed.
