Dick was a gentleman both on and off the basketball court (noontime basketball at NUWC). He was always concerned when an injury occurred (which was more often than not) and demonstrated a patience with the rantings and exhortations of players (like me). His background was similar to mine (Bronx HS of Science vs. Brooklyn Tech, both went to CCNY for college and then started at Sound Lab). He will be missed.
