Salinardi, Richard L., passed away, Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at the age of 78. Loving husband of Grace Salinardi (nee Minervini); devoted father of Jayme (Heather) Salinardi, Jason (Molly) Salinardi, and the late Richard L. Salinardi Jr.; dear grandfather of Sofia, Isabella, Anna, Maria, and Sara; brother of Philip (Eleanor) Salinardi, Marie Cahill and the late Angela DeLorme and Joseph Salinardi; brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle and friend to many.

Mr. Salinardi was a beloved teacher at Hazelwood Central for over 30 years. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends and all that knew him.

Services: Memorial visitation at the SCHRADER Funeral Home and Crematory, 14960 Manchester Road at Holloway, Ballwin, Saturday, May 20, 2017 from 1- 4 p.m. Interment will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Richard L. Salinardi Jr. Memorial Fund at Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital, 1465 South Grand Blvd., St. Louis, MO. 63104. Grace, I'm so sorry for your loss. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Both of my girls loved Mr Salinardi. He and the other Dirver's Ed teachers called Heather "crash".
I considered Rich a good friend and enjoyed the retired teachers luncheons with him....and drinks and conversation afterwards.
He will be missed
