Not sure what to say?

To the Lacey familes,
I am so deeply sorry for the loss of your father. I started my career at the R&d Annex at Electric Boat and I consider myself very fortunate to have Dick as my mentor and friend. What he taught me was invaluable and he always did it in a positive way. He was with out a doubt, one of the finest senior designer at EB. I remember the hearts card game at lunch time with him and all the other guys. We had a great time in each other's company. My prayers go out to all of...

Our deepest sympathy to Susanne and children and grandchildren that Richard talked to us at the coffee table every morning at FTB. To let you know that many caring thoughts are there with you. May you We are all going to miss Richard and it is still a shock to us of what happened to him leaving us a memory. He was our mentor, we learned so much from him financially, healthcare etc. We missed him at the coffee table everyday at work. May he rest in peace.

I traveled the public transit with Richard. He was my saving grace on that train. I loved his stories all of them, family, vacations, work, sports you name it. I always told Richard that we should write our own Rail Tails, oh the entertainment we had. I will sure miss him! What a great train buddy, he is how my day started bright and early every day. His family is blessed - what a great person he was. I will toast to him every chance I get. Richard was a dear friend of mine. Always in my...

Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome...

I worked with Dick at Aerojet. He was ALWAYS so polite and smiling. May he rest in peace and I will definitely toast him on Veterans Day! My sincerest sympathy to his family.

My condolences to Dick's family & loved ones. I enjoyed working with Dick on several Navy programs at Aerojet back in the late 80's. He was a very kind man, who exemplified integrity and he had a great sense of humor.
