I knew Richard from his time with the Marine Corps League Detachment 1481 we both belonged to. Richard was a good man and a good Marine who epitomized "Semper Fidelis" the motto of our Corps, and he will be missed by all who knew him.

Heartfelt condolences to all of Dick´s family. He was a special man and I was always happy to call him a friend, even though I had not seen him in a long time. We met through the Western States Auto Theft Investigators group way back in the 1990´s. I was a very new insurance fraud investigator just learning about auto theft.
