So sad to hear of Mr. Richard's passing. Even after I left Hale Boggs, anytime I returned he always had a smile and made sure to ask how we were doing. His presence will be missed. Sending condolences to the family.

Oh Mary I am so very sorry for your sudden and heartbreaking loss. I will say an extra prayer of strength in this very trying time!!

So sport for a loss of a great friend. Prayers to his family, friends and co workers. May god heal

I want to extend my sincere prayers to Mary, children and grandchildren. I knew Richie from childhood and on the NOPD. He was always a good natured person and friend. May he rest in peace.
