Happy 84th Birthday Dad. I saw this picture from your birthday many years ago on your birthday and the Super Bowl. The kids definitely couldn´t fit on your lap these days, but it brings me so much joy to know that they once did. I´m learning more and more about myself and you and mom in turn. These days I´m realizing just how much you both had to work just to make it to another day. I´m very proud of you both, it´s not easy but you made it look that way. You are as always missed greatly. I...

2022 wasn´t as much as 2021, it was a good year. However I find myself wanting to ask you or Mom advice on the kids, or life in general. There are days that I think about you nearly all day, and others barely at all, but always near in thoughts. I wish you could be at your granddaughters graduation this summer, you likely will be in ways unknown. As always you´re very missed, and very loved. The beginning of my story is this picture, many many years ago.

Five years. Seems like forever, too long it´s been since we´ve talked. 2021 was another sad year with such loss. I´m thankful for my dreams where you and mom and even grandma visit me in full health. January was the month I never liked, still don´t, your sister and brother and now you all passed in the month, it makes it a tough month to trudge through. But my oldest is 18 soon, so much to look forward to. So I trudge just like you and mom would want. I miss you! I love you!!

It’s yet another year without you and Mom, the New Year is here. Last year has been rough for so many, I’ve had worse. I’m constantly looking for ways to make this pandemic less traumatic for us, I try. Knowing what last year has presented the world I am grateful to make it to 2021. You left us four years ago and I still mourn you and Mom. We miss you both so much and especially this time of year. I have no family anymore but I’ll take care of my own best I can. Love you two!

I love you Daddy. I miss you more then I can express. I hope you're with Mom, found your Mother and Father and Sister and Brother. I'll keep on keeping on as best as I can. I'll always remember you and Mom, and all the many memories we made.
