Not sure what to say?

Dick Leone made significant and positive contributions to the political life of the State of New Jersey. May his example inspire bright and dedicated young people to spent part of their lives in public service. This was Dicks calling.

Thank you for your service to this country, Dick. Thank you to all the Leone family for sharing him during his long public service career and caring for him during his difficult illness. May you be comforted knowing he is at peace.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Dick Leone was a person of great professional accomplishments and personal attributes to match.

Blessings and love to all

In the early 1970's, Dick Leone helped established the Center for Analysis of Public Issues in Princeton, a high-minded sounding name for an investigative reporting outfit that raked muck throughout New Jersey. Smart, serious, tough-minded and witty, Dick illuminated the room with his intellect and passion. He believed in America, with all its imperfections, and he will be sorely missed.

I join with his many admirers in mourning the passing of Dick Leone.
He was a model public servant who made a mark and had an impact. The public service is greatly diminished without him.
