Not sure what to say?

I knew Richard from the 60´s. Stationed at Chicksands with his family in the 70´s and also worked at the Nevada Test Site. I only read this obituary today 2024 May 17 and was so saddened. May this wonderful man R.I.P. Many condolences to his family, LuJean, Nicky, Anthony and Timmy and their families. Morva (Coccus) Laidlaw.

May you rest in peace Richard. Always in my thoughts. Morvyth (Morva) Coccus now Laidlaw . Xx

Richard was a great guy and very active in the Irish Club. He was a nice man.

Uncle Dick Was The Best Uncle In The World. He Was More Than An Uncle He Was/Is My Hero. I Love You So Much. I Wrote A Poem For You:

I came into this life
You held me in your arms
You kept me safe
So no one could harm

You taught me values
Lessons in life I would learn
You taught me to respect
I gave you love in return

You have always been in my life
Through thick and thin
And now my lonely journey
Without you will begin

For you...

On behalf of the members of the Oklahoma Heartland Chapter of the Air Force Security Forces Association (AFSFA), our deepest condolences go out to the Linton family on the passing away of Richard.

We know that he is now standing guardmount in Heaven with all the other Sky Cop Defenders that have proceeded him there.
