Not sure what to say?

Met at Uw but 2 New Orkets who stayed friends since 1963. He was a fine human and a dedicated judge. He is missed.

I had the honor of clerking for Judge Lowe back in 2014, Supreme Court, NY County. Pleasant, professional, supportive and friendly. He was also very patient with Me during My "novice" time as a Sr. Court Clerk. I was clearly saddened hearing of his demise shortly after My retirement. Peace to Judge Lowe's family.

I.... Had the exceptional pleasure of clerking for Jdg. Lowe just about a decade ago prior to My 2016 retirement at Supreme Court NY County. What a gentleman and VERY pleasant. RIP Good Judge

I was a criminal defense attroneey in Judge Lowe's courtroom on countless occasions. He was always curteous, professional, prepared and intersted in hearing my arguments. He dealt with my indigetn clients with compasion and grace. He was a credit to the Criminal Justice Sytem and to the judiciary. May his memory be a blessing. Daniel Arshack

My deepest and condolences to Jane and the entire family. I was honored to have worked for him. He will be remember for his humor and robust laugh, his passion and love for his family and friends had no bounds and his brilliance was unmatched. He was my boss and friend. There are no words, but that he will be missed.

I was honored to have clerked for the Hon. Richard B. Lowe in 2014 prior to My 2016 retirement at Supreme Court NY County; I was crestfallen to hear of his demise. Such a gentleman... Handsome too.

Richard was a good friend and a good person. I will miss him.

Chuck and I were his neighbors when he first moved to DC. He was a good friend and lots of fun.

Great guy ,always helpful. May your soul journey on blissfully Sincerely Sharon S
