Not sure what to say?

I was 10 years old when Dr Lowe made an impression on me. He told me he started hanging out with the nerds in high school and that's when he started setting goals in life. What family doctor would bring back autographed posters and hockey cards for their clients? Nobody. No one else would go to those lengths for us regulator people.

Always in our hearts ...Our prayers go to Noreen,Cameron ,and his entire family ...truly missed
Mary

Remembering Richard with many fond memories.

There is not a week that goes by that a client of mine will remember him. He was a big part of our health community. He was not only a Doctor but a friend to alot of people in this area. He is certainly not forgotten. He is missed by many.

MANY HAPPY MEMMORIES...WE THINK OF YOU OFTEN...OUR THOUGHTS ARE WITH ALL THE FAMILY AT THIS TIME...

My husband and I are very good friends with Ev, Richards sister. We did not know him but Ev has shared many stories about him and we know he is her guardian angel now. Linda and Cameron Macdonald

Although I never met him, I have the honor of being married to his incredible son. I have enjoyed the many stories and memories that have been shared with me, and I'm thankful to know his family.
