Richard and Marcy have been instrumental in helping hundreds if not thousands of individuals in crisis in Washington County. In my opinion they really found their calling working in our jail help many people who had no where else to turn.while doing do they also touched all of our staff as well. You can´t replace Richard he was one of a kind. He as well as Marcy worked with our crisis intervention team and helped make it the success it is today. I personally will miss him greatly.
