So sorry to hear about Richard. I worked in Personnel at DOT and remember him well as he often stopped up for advice. He always had a smile for us. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

I was very surprised to read of Dick's passing mostly because he was in better shape than most of us! I'm sure his highly competitive nature kept him fighting right to the end.
