Not sure what to say?

Dear Ludwig family, Uncle Richie was such a kind and gentle man. He always had time to talk. Family gatherings were always special when he was there. Although we have been away since 1972...we always have the family in our thuoghts. There have been some very good times and other times have tested us beyond words. As we grow older, we learn that this is life and how we look at the times can make us stonger in faith and love too. Altough we can't be there in person, our sadness, thoughts and...

To all the Ludwigs,
Your dad was truely an inspiration to me as I was growing up. He was friendly and welcoming and made me feel comfortable around the Ludwig home. He was always one of my favorite dads. I'm proud to have know him and will remember him always.

Laura and Family,
I am so sorry to hear about your dad. There is no question he made a profound difference to those fortunate enough to have been touched by his extraordinary commitment to making this world a better place. What an inspiration! I hope the support of family and friends and happy memories help you during this difficult time.

DR Ludwig was a good man that I worked with many years ago in Cudahy. He was always patient and enjoyed people in the midst of the stress of pedo dentistry. He was a good example of how to be a good employer. I 'm sorry for your loss. You must have had to share him with many volunteer activities through the years. It's important to know that he did make life better for many.

Dear Ludwig Family,

Your dad was one of most influential people in my life. Working for him as a dental assistant at an early age, he taught me so many wonderful things about how to treat people and being a good person. He was a wonderful boss and friend. I saw the true meaning of his mission when I went to Haiti to help him give people a little hope and support. How he gave them formula for their babies and food for their families, to helping raise money for cement floors to...

Dr. Ludwig was our children's dentist in Milwaukee many years ago. He made the experience of going to the dentist a fun time, so that no one was afraid. They loved him!

The Livieri Family

My Dearest Amy and Family,
I'm so sorry to hear of the passing of your father and loved one, Richard.
I have so many fond memories of "dad" when I use to sleep over at the house as a teen and the time he let me drive his car when I was just barely 15...not to mention the parties we would have!
I know so much time has gone by, but please know that I have never once forgot...I will always remember the impact dad and you made on my life all those years ago.

With much...
