Imagine my shock when I found this site and that Richard had passed away. He was the type who you thought would live forever. I knew him at MCAS Cherry Point and he was the most amazing man. Am grateful for those who posted photos, as that is how I remember the man. When I first met him, he told me his name was Gunny God. What a hoot !!!
