Mr. Lung, this is your favorite tenant Bernadean Butler at 111 Oriole Drive, the exact same house you lived in once. I have rented this property from you every since January, 2009. I came to love you just like a father. I remember the first time you told me, "Bernadean, me and you been together for a long time" and this was my favorite statement you ever said to me "Bernadean, landlords are suppose to be mean people, but it's just something about you, I (Richard) don't know what it is, but...

Hope u know how much I will miss you . Everyone says I was most like you out of us 6 kids. I know I heard many times growing up by mom yelling telling me your just like your father! Once didn't know if I liked that but I can say now I'm very proud if I am indeed most like you.

Richard worked hard to provide for his family and friends. He taught those around him how a man was supposed to act and present himself to others. He will be missed by many others and my prayers go out to his entire family.
