Not sure what to say?

It is to my profound delight that I have reconnected with Dick's son Richard R. Lunt III this past May. I had a joyful lunch with Richard and his wife, Sophie and saw photos of their young son. We shared happy memories and will not let time go by without being in each other's lives .

It is difficult NOT to write about the wonderful relationship I had with Dick and his family. I have missed his charm and sense of humor for many years and yearn to hug his children once again. Hey, I've always been an eternal optomist and Dick and Chris touched my life and will alway be in my heart. LLRM

Many memories of many delightful years together will always remain in our hearts.

My sincerest condolences for the loss of your loved one. To offer you some comfort and encouragement during this difficult time, please watch the attached video.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family during this difficult time. I hope that God promise at 1Thessalonians 4:13,14 bring you comfort and knowing that theres a hope for our love ones .

From when I first met Dick in 1986, he became a colleague and a mentor to me in our shared field. I learned a great deal from him and enjoyed spending time with him. Since his passing, I often say to myself "I wish I could ask Dick what he thinks about this." I miss him a lot.

I just found out. I loved Dick and Chris and mourn their passing.

Sterling, Thank you for that remembrance. Dick was immensely proud of that achievement and still attended the investiture of new Eagle Scouts and joined in passing around their new badge of rank, a privilege only open to other Eagle Scouts. Daniel M. Janes (brother-in-law)

I remember Richard very well, as he was an outstanding member of Explorer Post 343 of which I was the Advisor (Scoutmaster). I have a slide of me presenting the Eagle Scout award to him on November 26, 1961. Also in the picture is his mother, Grace Lunt. We had a fine group of Scouts and did many things over a span of about three years. Sterling Pomeroy, 36 Hurst Rd. Deerhurst, Wilmington Delaware 19803 (302)656-4052
