Not sure what to say?

I only recently learned that Dick had passed away. He and Elaine were very welcoming to Lorraine and I when we spent the academic year 1973-74 at PSU. Dick was a man of great integrity and generosity. I especially appreciated his friendship and support as I started my academic career. Elaine and the rest of the family are in our thoughts.
