Dick, was truly an All- American boy, good person, and excellent baseball player. I had the pleasure of knowing and being Dick's teammate on various All-Star Baseball teams. My deepest respects and condolences to his family.

Dickie was one of the good ones. I had great times playing sports with him and Steve, especially football, brings back many humorous and good memories. A blessing to him, his family and many friends, he will be missed.
