Not sure what to say?

Dear Madden Family,

Please accept my deepest condolences on your loss. As a child, I often accompanied my aunt to the juvenile court and sat in as an observer in Judge Madden's courtroom. He made a lasting impression on me. He was a kind and compassionate soul, who was always kind to me. I am so sorry for your loss.

Sincerely,
Melissa Adams VanHouten

My condolences. Dick was so kind to me and my family over the years. He never failed to respond when we needed him the most. i'm not sure we expressed enough to him how much we appreciated him. May he rest in peace.

Dearest Blanche and the entire Madden family~
My prayers and my thoughts were with you over these past many months.
It was clear to me when visiting you and Dick two winters ago that his enormous courage and good cheer could not be diminished as he faced his many challenges. May God Bless him, always. My condolences to your wonderful family.
Love, Ricia

My sincere condolences during this time of loss. Dick's quick witt, sense of humor and words of wisdom are deeply cherished, my family and I have enjoyed the "novels". My life was blessed the day our paths met.

Madden Family,

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this difficult time. I have fond memories of the many parties I attended with all of you,and also being the cheerleader for the K of C mens bowling team!

Dick is someone I will never forget. He took me "under his wing" when I was a 2nd year law student, and helped me become the lawyer I have become for the past 39 years. We had some great times together, the Washington Hotel, going to Jekyll Island, and I will always remember the "Lake" Hollybrook lack of water and "lake cottage" we renovated. He was a wonderful and caring person that will live in my memories forever. My thoughts and prayers to Blanche and the boys.

Dick Clem

I wish to offer my condolences to Blanche and to her and Dick's children.
Dick and I were classmates in the Class of '48 of Cathedral High School.
