Not sure what to say?

Dear Dad,

After life, the next most important thing a parent gives a child is knowledge. My memories of you dad are highlighted by the things you taught us: working with tools, planting a garden, how to drive a car, how to be frugal, how to be self-reliant, our religion, how to survive in the world. Those are the things you taught us in our youth. In your final years you showed us how to be patient with the world despite your great physical pain, how to keep a pleasent outlook...

Dear Grandpa,

You cannot imagine how vivid the memories are of the weekends Erynn and I spent with you and Grandma. What an influence you have had on my life.

I admire your gentleness and your strength, two qualities that would seem to contradict each other, but you had both. I admire your individualism, which you upheld without interfering in the lives of others.

Dear Grandpa,
Everyone misses you very much here. We all know you are doing well and think of you often.
One of my favorite memories, silly as it is, is when I was bike riding with Candice and you and I flew off my undersized bike and cut up my knee. And you we all worried about what Vicki (Mom) would think. I also fondly remember eating dinner with Grandma and you when Candice and I came to visit. Grandma made these microwave muffins that turned out very strange and chewy. I...

Dearest Dad,

Oh, Dad how we miss you. The days are not the same without your presence. Thank you for everything, the memories made and shared, being such a Wonderful and Loving Husband to Mom and a Super Dad to us, all that you taught us and so much more. But most of all thank you for your love.

Always in our thoughts,
Love You,

Vicki Ann, Bill and Erynn

PS: Give Mom and Jason a BIG HUG and tell them how much we miss them and...

Dad,
What can I say but I love you and miss you. You're one in a million!

A self taught entrepreneur who's accurate and precise in building and repair and artistically talented down to the finist detail. You never ceased to amaze me how you could make something out of anything. There's a use for everything and you can create it.
When something needed repair we could go to you. Willingly and wanting to help and teach at the same time, so we could be self sufficient...

Dad/Grandpa,

We love you and will miss you!
