Richard Malkin

I worked for Dr. Malkin for 15 years and I was shocked when I saw that he died. We did not stay in touch after he retired and I had no idea how sick he was. He was one of the nicest, generous people I knew. I missed working for him. I´m saddened to hear he passed and no one told me so I could attend his funeral.

I had the privilege of being a co-resident with Rick Malkin in the Urology program at the medical College of Virginia. He and his wife Cindy became lifelong friends. Rick was a scholar, athlete ,and dedicated physician-he provided an example of fairness, justice, and generosity.
